Clean Balsamic Pulled Pork

Get ready to drool. This is caveman husband approved.

When I first put this in the crock-pot I was a LITTLE worried that the balsamic vinegar was too strong or I put too much in. Rest assured, I didn’t and it was perfection!

I used a huge chunk of meat for this, feel free to cut the ingredients in half if needed. I paired the pork with Paleo Bread and Clean Coleslaw

Balsamic Pulled Pork


  • 4.5 Pounds
    Pork (whatever cut you prefer to shred)
  • 2 Tablespoons
  • 1 Tablespoon
  • 1 Teaspoon
  • 1 Teaspoon Each
    Salt + Pepper
  • 1 Cup
    Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 Cup
    Chicken Broth

Cooking Directions

  1. Pour balsamic vinegar + chicken broth in the bottom of a crock pot
  2. Rub salt, pepper, cinnamon, honey and molasses on pork, place in crock pot
  3. Cook on low for 8-10 hours
  4. Shred and enjoy!
