The Best Paleo Bread

I get it, a lot of recipes claim to be the best. They trick you in to clicking their link and you (hopefully) quickly realize it was a garbage post/recipe. I promise I am not here to click bait you in to trying a terrible recipe for the sole purpose of having my views skyrocket. No, this really is the best Paleo bread I have ever tried! Scouts honor.

It has a touch of sweetness and can be used as a dessert bread with honey or sandwich bread. It takes under 5 minutes to prepare and doesn’t have any complicated ingredients or steps. You add everything together, put in in a loaf pan and 35 minutes later you have a heavenly and healthy bread!

It is toddler approved, husband approved, people who think Paleo is a joke approved and dog approved (didn’t try to test that one out but whatever).

The Best Paleo Bread


  • 3/4 Cup
    Arrowroot Flour
  • 1/2 Cup
    Golden Milled Flax Meal
  • 1 Cup
    Almond Flour
  • 1/4 Cup
    Water (warm)
  • 4 Medium
  • 2 Tablespoons
    Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon
    Pink Himalayan Salt
  • 2 1/2 Teaspoons
    Baking Powder
  • 1/3 Cup
    Solid Coconut Oil
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons
    Apple Cider Vinegar

Cooking Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix all ingredients (I used a Kitchen Aid)
  3. Pour in a parchment paper loaf pan
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes
  5. Let sit for at least 10 minutes
