Sweet Potato Noodle Stir Fry

This recipe is packed with veggies and flavor. It really is one of my favorites, I make this almost weekly. You can of course add whatever veggies you want to make it your own. I used a Wok to make but it isn’t necessary. Enjoy!

Sweet Potato Noodle Stir Fry


  • 1 Package
    Sweet Potato Noodles (If you are making yourself do 1 SP per person)
  • 1/2 Cup
  • 1-2 Cups
    Peppers (Any Color)
  • 1 Small Can
    Water Chestnuts
  • 1/4-1/2 Cup
    Matchstick Carrots
  • 1 Small Can
    Bamboo Shoots
  • 1/2
  • 1/2
    Summer Squash
  • 1 Small Bag
    Frozen Broccoli
  • 1-2 Lbs
  • 1-1 1/2 Cups
    Coconut Aminos (or Soy Sauce)
  • 2 Tablespoons
  • 1 Clove

Cooking Directions

  1. Heat wok and add chicken, cook until the chicken is 1/2 done
  2. Add garlic and cook until chicken is just done (don’t overcook or you may get dry chicken)
  3. Add all of your desired vegetables , cover and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Add coconut aminos (or soy sauce) along with the honey and stir
  5. Cover and cook until vegetables are soft, serve hot (Takes approx 20-25 minutes)
