Paleo / Whole30 Weekly Groceries

I’ve gotten a few emails asking me what my must-have in-store products are. Here is a list of what we buy over and over and over and over again! It’s pretty boring but, this is what we really get. Nothing fancy!



  • Apples (we buy a variety of types/colors)
  • Raspberries
  • Pineapple
  • Grapes (Buy the big pack and freeze half of them. Frozen grapes are an amazing snack)
  • Strawberries
  • Peaches or Pears



  • Spaghetti Squash (we go through about one every other week)
  • Lettuce
  • Spinach (lots of spinach)
  • Cabbage mix (stir fry)
  • Potatoes
  • Sweet Potatoes (purple and orange)
  • Green beans (frozen mostly)
  • Broccoli
  • Crinkle Carrots
  • Red onions
  • Squash (acorn or butternut usually)
  • Jicama


Spices / Oils 

  • Avocado oil
  • EV olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Pink Himalayan salt
  • Pepper grinder
  • Cinnamon
  • Paprika



  • Blueberry Lara Bars (Sean likes them, I don’t)
  • RX Bars Mixed Berry (I like them, Sean doesn’t)
  • Nicks Beef Sticks
  • Coconut Aminos
  • Clean Salad Dressing ( I love using them as marinades)
